Help your physician write your prescription. Do your research - find the best price for your dosage and the quantities offered. Write this down and take it to the doctor with you. Ask that your prescription be written for a quantity that can be filled by an online pharmacy.
Access to a fax machine - most scanners have a fax utility - check out your software; (Canada Pharmacy accepts prescriptions through the mail - you need to figure this time into how long it will take to get the prescription)
